Authentic Transformation & the whole self: insights from A teenage Diesel Mechanic

It was an honor to be interviewed by Lyssa DeHart as part of her Coaching Studio podcast.

We covered everything from scuba diving and jumping out of airplanes to Parts Work with clients and facilitating powerful transformations.

And yes, I was a teenage diesel mechanic in the United States Coast Guard Reserve for nine years. I’ve come a long way from those days, but what I learned there can still be applied to life and transformation.

I hope you enjoy listening to this conversation as much as we had having it.
